  Description: Author package for the Kagi Registration service.
        Notes: This contains the Register application which clients
               of the Kagi service ship with their products so
               users can pay their registration fees. Includes the
               KagiAuthor application to customize Register to their
               products, and documentation. This release fixes a
			   couple of minor bugs and is the first port to Intel.
