This is a simple port of PuTTY v0.58 for BeOS that runs under X11.
Everything but pterm is working, but everything needs further testing.

I'll get around to sharing the changes sometime, hopefully after I get
pterm working and more testing is done.  I'm not expecting any
problems as the changes are quite minimal for everything but pterm
which needs a little extra work.  I'd maybe like to get a native gui
going, or a native Gtk would be nice too. ;)
